My journey to financial success began in 2019, when I was 29 but it was not a straightforward road. Between 2008 and 2019, I made a series of impulsive financial decisions—purchasing a brand-new car every couple of years. Each trade-in left me with a growing shortfall, which simply rolled into the next loan. By 2019, I was stuck in a cycle of debt, continually chasing the excitement of new purchases rather than building financial stability. That changed when I met Ramin, who completely shifted my perspective on money and long-term planning. With his guidance, I was able to eliminate my car loan debt and focus on something more meaningful: buying my first home.

By September 2021, my partner and I had taken that major step—moving into our first home and experiencing firsthand the rewards of financial discipline. Two years later, Ramin reached out again with another opportunity that would expand our horizons. He introduced us to the idea of leveraging our progress to build an investment property. The entire experience was straightforward and seamless, thanks to Ramin’s extensive network of professionals in finance, construction, and property development. In 2024, we proudly saw the completion of our investment property—a milestone that solidified our confidence and hunger to keep growing.

Our next chapter began when we partnered with Wealth.CEO and CashFlow.One—two organisations that specialise in helping everyday Australians take control of their financial future. Wealth.CEO focuses on empowering individuals to build financial independence through property, tailored strategies, and education, while CashFlow.One provides powerful tools for cash flow tracking, budgeting, and long-term investment planning. Together, they helped us elevate our financial literacy and investment capacity. With their support, we also began working with SMSF Wealth to establish a self-managed super fund, unlocking even greater opportunities for property investment and sustained growth.
